In-House Design Services
We team up with our fellow home owners and contractors 1-on-1 during our design process. We love to receive detailed information and ideas, directly from the purchaser, on what design you think would best fit your home. During this process we can exchange ideas and opinions to narrow down our best options for the best design. Once we have a set plan, we put it together professionally in a 3-D design module to present a finished product that will require a signature of approval before we start fabrication.
Fabrication/welding
Our fabrication team is one of our most prized possessions. We have a team of very skilled/artistic fabricators that hand craft and solid weld all of our fabrications. They are equipped with top of the line equipment to assist in the fabrication of a top of the line product. Our fabricators treat your product as if it were going in their house.
Our products are Tig welded and assembled precisely to decorate your fabrication with professional, uniform, structural welds that ensure your fabrications are built to withstand any heavy impacts or harsh weather.
Powder/Kynar Coating
Each and every one of our fabrications are coated with a professional Powder/Kynar finish. Our coating process requires an acid wash process instead of the sand blast process. The acid wash technique has been proven to be 10x more effective than the sand blasting technique in a long term stand point, which is why we have choose to use that process as opposed to sand blasting.
Our large variety color menu lists over 1,000+ colors available to ensure we find the right color for your home/business. The coatings are fully inspected for any imperfections before installed, that way you do have the picture perfect fabrication on your building that you are paying for.
Installation
Our installation team is properly trained to safely and diligently install our state of the art fabrications. Every product we manufacture is installed by the Fine Fabrications installation team, unless your are out of state. In that case, we ship our fabrication to you and refer you to our recommended installation team that is closest to you! If you wish to install the fabrication yourself, we will be more than happy to walk you through the installation process.
There are only some scenarios where we use the assistance of a crane to guide us through a safe and professional installation. This tactic may be used for a 2nd-3rd floor stair case where there may be no easy access point from ground level; Or back yard areas where a staircase may not be reachable from ground level.
When we say “Crane” assistance, these are not the massive cranes that are assembled on site during big construction projects for large buildings. We are referring to a mobile crane truck that drives to your residence, parks in an open and accessible area, and operates from that designated area. Once installation is complete, they are off to their next call.
